Villa Noé, also known as NOE is a 2-bedroom, ultra-modern villa located on Toiny‘s rocky coast - a channel of Brittany. Its chic minimalist décor, featuring a striking white-on-white color palate, is complemented by a sleek stainless steel kitchen which includes everything a gourmet cook could need. Just adjacent to the beautifully appointed living room, it also features a bar for casual dining.

The two French king bedrooms, both with ensuite baths, have access to the terrace via sliders, and feature incredible panoramic views. One of the bedrooms is housed in a separate pavilion and boasts a generously sized dressing room and interesting accent pieces that add to the ambiance.

Villa Noé is fully air-conditioned and features a large infinity pool, a unique cabana for shade, and a special spot for dining alfresco. A nice BBQ area is located below the pool level, and the views of St. Kitts and Nevis, combined with the trade winds and the sound of the surf, create an idyllic atmosphere for a dream vacation!

The villa's manager maintains a discreet room with a separate parking area and entrance on the lowest property level and is off-premise during the day. Guests' privacy is assured.
